Some email systems do not support journaling or the forwarding of all inbound and outbound emails to a third party email address. In these instances, we advise our clients to utilize our email Gateway and SMTP services for both inbound and outbound archiving. 


Using the Gateway will require the ability for you to modify your DNS records and then define your destination mail server in our system. Once this step has been completed all users at your organization will have their inbound email archived. 


For outbound archiving, we will provide you with credentials the outbound SMTP server. Any emails that are sent via the gateway will automatically be added to your archive.
